What's most useful to tell us
Reporting a problem? Please include which tool you were using, your browser and version, roughly how large the file was, and what you expected to happen versus what actually did. That combination usually points straight at the cause.
Requesting a feature? Tell us what you are trying to achieve rather than just the feature name. Knowing the underlying goal often reveals a better solution than the one originally asked for.
Before you write: things that are usually quick to solve
A conversion failed or froze. Most often this is memory. A browser tab gets a limited slice of your system RAM, and a very large video can exhaust it. Try closing other tabs, or split the job into shorter segments. Chrome and Edge tend to handle large files better than Safari.
The export stopped partway. Recording captures the canvas as it plays, and browsers pause animation in background tabs to save battery. Keep the tab in front for the whole recording. This affects Art Studio, Stickman Animator and Chart Race.
The PDF converted but the layout changed. PDF to Word extracts the text rather than rebuilding the page. Images, tables and column layouts are not carried across. If you need the exact layout preserved, convert to images instead, which reproduces each page faithfully.
A video looks stretched. Check the zoom setting. Below 1× the whole frame is kept and black bars are added; at 1× and above the frame is cropped to fill. The coverage line under the slider tells you how much of the original is being kept.
Reporting something broken
The most useful report includes four things: which tool, your browser and version, roughly how big the file was, and what you expected versus what happened. That combination usually identifies the cause immediately. A screenshot helps. What does not help is the file itself — please do not email us your documents, as we have no need for them and would rather not receive them.
Suggesting a feature
Tell us the problem rather than the solution. "I need to batch convert forty images" is more useful than "add a queue", because knowing the goal often reveals a simpler answer than the one originally requested. Several tools on this site started as an email describing a frustration.
Questions we get often
Can I use the output commercially? Yes. Whatever you create is yours, nothing is watermarked, and there are no restrictions on use.
Will there ever be a paid version? There are no plans for one. The tools cost nothing to run because your browser does the work.
Can you add PowerPoint conversion? Not without a server, which would mean uploading your file. That is the one thing this site does not do.
Do you store anything I convert? No. Files never leave your device, so there is nothing for us to store, sell or lose.
Things we can't help with
We cannot recover a file you converted. Because processing happens entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded, we have no copy of anything you have ever converted here. Once you close the tab, it is gone from our reach — and it was never within it.
